Terms and Conditions of Service
Frequency
Bin cleaning is carried out on the same day or the day after your scheduled waste collection. Bins must be empty and accessible on the day of cleaning
Top Bins Cleaning provides a monthly cleaning and not 4-weekly cleaning.
(E.G. Customers make 12 payments each year, for 12 cleans, one clean of your chosen amount of bins, per month)
This means once every 3 months or so, there is a natural week off due to months overlapping.
Payment
Payments are made in advance on a monthly subscription basis. You will be required to set up a standing order and the account details will be sent to you in your welcome email. Once payment is received you will be added into the next available round which will be confirmed in your welcome email. Missed cleans due to customer access issues will still be charged
Minimum Term
All regular bin cleans are subject to a six month minimum term contract
Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are left in an accessible location. We will make every effort to access the bin(s) but if it is not accessible, the clean will be marked as missed, and no refund will be issued
Cancellations
Customers may cancel any time before the beginning of the next new month via email. Refunds are not given for part-months already paid
Service Limitations
Bins containing excessive waste, hazardous materials, or sharp objects may not be cleaned. In such cases, the clean will be refused and still charged
Weather & Delays
In extreme weather or operational issues, cleans may be delayed but will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity
Liability
Top Bins Cleaning takes great care but is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing bin defects (cracks, loose wheels, etc.). Customers remain responsible for their bin’s condition and replacement (council-issued or otherwise)
