Frequently Asked Questions
-
We offer a residential wheelie bin cleaning service for Refuse, Recycling and Garden waste wheelie bins.
-
Of course! In your sign up request, note this in the message box and we’ll contact you to arrange.
-
You should clean your wheelie bin to control bad smell, prevent pests like flies, maggots, rats, and foxes from being attracted to rotting food and eliminate harmful bacteria (like E. coli, Salmonella) that thrive in the residue left at the bottom of your wheelie bin. Regular cleaning will create a healthier environment and prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. A dirty bin becomes a breeding ground for disease, making regular cleaning essential for hygiene, especially in the warmer months.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

Prices start as low as £5 for a residential wheelie bin clean. See our Prices page for more information.
Included in the cost is an inside and outside clean, disposal of the waste water from the clean as well as deodorising your wheelie bin.
-
We work on a 4 weekly cycle, in line with your bin collection days. We aim to clean your bin the same day your bins are emptied however on occasion, it may be the next day.
-
You don’t have to be in when we clean, all you need to do is make sure the bins are accessible and where we can find them.
-
We take a common sense approach here, if there is a small amount of rubbish/waste then we’ll aim to take it out the bin, clean the bin in full and put the rubbish back.
If there is a large amount of rubbish in your wheelie bin then we will not be able to clean your bin and you will still be charged in line with our T&C’s
